Friday, November 17, 2023 - Penfolds Online tasting: Inky dark in colour. Muted on the nose. Palate is full bodied and ripe with a real depth of flavour. Quite tannic, but there is nice freshness. Long finish. Dark currant, dark plum fruit. Excellent without getting to "wow".
