Friday, February 2, 2024 - Half bottle. Medium yellow. Wow, a lot going on aromatically-very floral, yellow orchard fruit, grapefruit, and some honeysuckle. Medium weight, lots of underlying soil, and the taste and feel of pear jelly. Off dry. Very good but I thought it came up a little short in both acidity and intensity.
