Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Get Together (MK's home): First time with an aged rose champagne. Aromas of caramel, apples, copious flowers. Nutty caramel on palate with apples and flowers. With more air, the wine becomes more seamless and elegant with the aged, oxidative flavors merging with the apples and flowers. Nice acids and mild bubbles. Very nice.
