Friday, December 26, 2014 - Beautiful nose showing floral/ rose notes, black fruit and leather. This really gained after 30 minutes in the decanter. Palate shows rich black fruit on entry, sweet roses and some savory notes; very pleasing but not very complex. Strong fruit presence, while it shows it's age the fruit is still at the front. Finish is short and drying.
