Friday, April 19, 2024 - Pretty good bottle of Greco di tufo, savory but delicate, smells of see breeze and fresh pear, this two aromas dance with each other, one one whiff you get one, one another whiff you get the other.
In the mouth there is good acidity, although it doesn't last in the back palate, the finish is more salty that acidic.

I wouldn't serve it at fridge temperature but a 10-12 °C
