Friday, November 4, 2022 - Decanted and drank over a 3 hour window and it is hard to imagine a Bordeaux red in a better spot. Excellent balance of dark fruit, lingering integrated tannins, some tar, graphite, pencil, musk and a chewy long finish. Still very primary suggesting another 10+ years. We drank this with an ‘82 Cos a friend brought expecting the Cos to blow it away and the opposite was true. An excellent showing.
