Friday, July 28, 2023 - cherries, cherries and cherries - all over your palate and in your nose. A typical Poyferre entering slowly but surely the age of enjoyment.
Lucky you who have some bottles at home (else, it is hunting season).

1-2h air is enough to start your journey on the cherry train. One of my recommendations for the 2000 vintage as well as for a signature Poyferre.
