Tuesday, August 15, 2023 - Drank this at Kai Garden with my wine mates. Theme of the dinner: Wines that start with T.

Decanted for 2 hours before consumption. Beautiful purple in the glass with some shades of garnet showing.

Fresh cherries, blue berries, and blackcurrants leapt from the glass. Sandalwood, cedar, cigar box, with a long finish.

The elements are working in harmony in this wine, like a fine-tuned, and well-rehearsed orchestra. Beautiful, simple beautiful.
