Saturday, April 17, 2010 - Still a very young claret, but what a outstanding wine this is. The bouquet consists of cassis and other red fruit. There are some tobacco leaves and a little leather, also some bitter notes (lemon or orange zest). The tannins are still pretty firm and suggest a very long live ahead. The wine started closing down after 2-3 hours.

I will wait a couple more years, untill I open my next bottle.
