Saturday, September 8, 2007 - From 375. Showed fairly well upon opening, but developed more complexity with air over 4 hours. Lots of dark fruits and minerals with earth and licorice emerging later. Tannins have mellowed but are still present. I imagine this needs another 4-5 years to really start singing.
