Sunday, August 30, 2015 - Bottle left open for about 3 h after taking a sip. No decant this time. The wine is very open. Lovely smell filled with dark fruit with mature notes of forest floor. Still ample of tannins. Fruit is very focused, well defined but still juicy and welcoming. Complexity is good with mature notes in the back. Very long taste and good balance. Nice viscosity. Oak seems to be fully integrated at this time. Quite a wine to follow over the next 10 or so years.
