Thursday, January 7, 2016 - Pulled from cellar decanted 2 hours. Glad because decent amount of sediment. First taste a tannins tight but great fruit. Bottled back up for BDay dinner out. Opened nicely with cherry and dark fruits and a bit of leather and paired nicely with steak. QPR ? for this wine. Maybe opened a little early but not disappointed after all it's my Birthday!
