Saturday, February 18, 2017 - Still drinking quite young. Very dark purple color. An earthy nose with an obvious barnyard component. Full, complex aromatics of dark plum, blackberry, barnyard, licorice, tobacco, and espresso. An elegant mouthfeel. Smooth tannins that are incredibly silky. Acidity a bit low. This will only get better with age.
