Sunday, June 9, 2019 - Drank last nite in Montauk. Didn't decant but should have. Warm, silky smooth wine with good fruit level, with a touch of sweetness. Plenty of leather, cedar and earth to go around, but with a solid fruit core and good acidity level. Complex, and long. The wine opened up in the glass, and improved over time--hence decant this wine for at least an hour next time around. Lovely wine.
If I were SW, I would def get the wine out from behind the radiator, and then decant!
