Friday, July 26, 2019 - Huge darkened aromas of tar, earth, peat, dark chocolate, smoked meats, and yet a bit of that minty liftiness. Largely savoury notes over a red-fruited background and a dark chocolate bitterness. The mellow blackberry and cassis fruits showed at the finish, and boy what a finish - lasted for minutes. Thoroughly enjoyable!
