Saturday, February 22, 2020 - Ripe berries, undergrowth, earthy notes, cigar box, vanilla, roasted beet and peppers on the nose. Palate is lush, silky, juicy, with balanced sweetness and acidity, like ripe grapefruit with powdered sugar on top, some secondary and tertiary notes. Long, sweet finish, with nice minty, bitter elements. Still requires some air to fully flesh out but getting in a great stage for drinking. Last glass was fantastic!
