Saturday, August 29, 2020 - Drinking very well right now as a PnP, the tannins are still very much alive, but they are well balanced with the fruit. Dark cherry, cassis, loads of tobacco, clove, cinnamon, cocoa powder, lead pencil, amazing nose and perfect balance. A good amount of sediment, but was easy to filter out.
