Friday, January 15, 2021 - Drink out of coravin, first pour.

Opaque dark Ruby in color with a purple hue. Ripe blackberry fruit notes , mixed with mushroom, cedar, pencil shaving and hints of chocolate on the nose. Very smooth mouth feel, velvet texture. Long finish. Beautiful wine! It's just entered it's prime drinking window at 20th birthday, should last effortless for another 20.
