Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Bouquet of ripe berries, raspberry jam, roasted peppers, cigar box, subtle spicy and minty elements, incredibly nice. Lush and silky palate with quite some tertiary elements intermixed with more fruits, spices, some nice freshness counterbalancing a good amount of sweetness, dissolved tannins that guide a long tingling, zesty and spicy finish. What a wonderful wine. Was on first night without too much of a decant, and similar the second night, being at an early peak.
