Friday, June 4, 2021 - Decanted for an hour and the wine continued to open up and evolve for next 2-3 hours. Just a hint of bricking around the rim. Irresistible complex aroma of deep dark fruits, cedar, olive, soy sauce, spices etc. The wine was still young with a hedonistic, mouth-filling, fruity palate. Long finish. The deep dark fruit lightened up eventually which made the fruit profile more complex. It was marvelous.
