Saturday, October 16, 2021 - 20th anniversary, served with Beef Bougenion and mashed potatoes.

Cork was in fantastic shape.
Great color, no brickiness at all!
Vibrant nose with stewed prunes, dark cherry, pine, vanilla, peppery.
Great power on the palate, wonderful balance! Great mouth feel, solid fruit, acid, and tannins. Tastes like a wine 10 years younger! The perfect time to open it in my opinion.
