Sunday, November 14, 2021 - Great bottle, but will be better. 2nd night open and expressive. Last night little tight and subdued. Top notch everything in the right place. Tonight soil, forest floor, beets, fruit and nori. To me, it will be even better 5-10 years later. Great bottle, already expressive for a 20+ year cuvée. Drinking extremely well now.
*4th night open. Strong, aromatic and drinking well.
