Sunday, December 12, 2021 - Great color. Decanted for 2-3 hours. Big fruit on the nose. Maybe a little dry on the palate, and still was feeling the tannins — enjoyed it more paired with dinner (grilled steak) than sipping afterward. Good wine, but I have preferred Poyferre from lesser vintages.
