Thursday, April 25, 2024 - A private lunch (Restaurant La Garaudière, Levernois, France): Pure and bright expression of variety and terroir, nicely layered aromas (roses and violets, peaches and raspberries, smoke), elegant (12.5% ABV) yet intense palate with with crunchy fruit and black pepper, wonderfully fresh and minerally, energetic but youthfully tight finish.
