Friday, September 29, 2023 - Pale ruby core, with slight browning edges. Aromas that are subtle at the start and showing restraint, but then the cherry fruits and violets would emerge slowly along with a hint of seaweed. Bright acids, fairly firm tannins, whilst still light bodied, with cherry, violets, brine, and slight umami seaweed, with a hint of toast, and light charcuterie. Good length. Nice!
