Wednesday, April 23, 2008 - Sour plum and citrus. Some raw notes too and all of it's pinched up against a dark, tannic wall. Just not my style, but an intersting intersection of old world/new world. Taste again in a couple of years. Not for immediate consumption.
Follow-up... went to dinner and now a few hours past. This has softened a bit, but still compressed. Well made and precise, but not great.
