Friday, March 22, 2024 - Chablis influenced, this begs for bacon-wrapped scallops or shrimp scampi. Whiffs of seashells, minerals and sea spray in the nose. Citrus zest, pineapple core and more minerals on the palate. Improves as it warms in the glass; so don’t serve straight out of the fridge. Another beautiful Liquid Farm Chardonnay. Drink 2025 to 2032. Worth Seeking Out.
