Tuesday, July 29, 2003 - Classic rose petal nose, though verging on turkish delight hinting at a bit of over-extraction. Good clean, fresh GW. Distinctly spicy and fragrant on palate. Impressive. Very good exemplar of a basic cuvée Alsace GW (and in my view knocks spots off Turckheim's offerings).
