Friday, September 29, 2023 - Pale straw. A clean mineral nose with a touch of cream, apples, pear, key lime, and slight pepper. Acidic, but slightly softened by the malolactic processes, with apples, pear, ripe lemon fruits and zest, slightly briny, and chalky minerals, then come cream and then pepper. Quite a good length. Nice!
