Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Tried the 2000 Pape Clement , in a masked tasting of classed wines from Pauillac and Graves. Bouquet , nearly explosive , so much happening. Was superb. Layers of complexity. Very intense long palate. Clearly the Merlot and Cabernet franc played a big part. Still in its drinking window, and will definitely stay here for some time.
