Sunday, January 11, 2015 - Still young and somewhat closed this 14 year old Pessac. Dense red claret color in the glass. On the nose blueberries, mint and some oak. Nicely acidic in the mouth with some noticeable tannins. Not at all secondary on this tasting. Will try again in five years.
