Wednesday, February 13, 2008 - Flock - 2000 Bordeaux Tasting (Dr. Tom's): Dark ruby with a reticent, chalky nose. Palate has sweet fruit with herbs, minerality, spice and pencil lead. Very well balanced with fruit matching tannin and providing great length. Finish is full of floral and spice notes. My #4, Group #3.
