Sunday, February 25, 2024 - Diem5 enclosure, 40mm. Bright gold in colour. Medium intensity nose. On the palate it’s high intensity with an acidity that would put a rielsing to shame. Complex enough: apricot, lime, apple, vanilla, orange, some dried fruits too. The searing acidity unbalances it. It’s what I most readily think of when summarising. With the right food - something to match the acidity - it’d be great. I had no such food.
