Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - All muscat clone and 5 - 7% in new barrel to tone down the acidity. Touch more crispness without the grassy. And indeed, more citrus on the nose and crunchy on the palate. Not overly so, just a nice little tartness to keep it moving along.
