Saturday, June 12, 2021 - Slightly soft cork, used the Durand. Brick edged out of the bottle. Lots of volatile stuff burning off at first. Starts to come together after 30 min. Spice on the nose, rose and dried cherry with a bit of acidity (still!). Near its end of life but a pleasant bottle on a warm summer afternoon.
