Saturday, November 19, 2016 - Extremely evolved but much of the "old funk" blew off after 30 mins. Nose of dried leather, earth, prune and mocha. A bit thin and tinged with oxidation but inserting and pleasing with prune, dates, faded black & blueberry and mocha. drying tannins - still not completely integrated. This is more hedonistic than elegant but great fun to drink.
