Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - Decanted and drunk over 3-4 hours. Pristine cork. Fair amount of sediment. Very consistent with past couple of notes from ‘21 and ‘22. Dark fruit, leather, dusty earth, cured meats, aniseed, herbs and some wood. Wide open with fully resolved but dusty tannins. Nicely balanced. Ready to go now.
