Friday, May 26, 2023 - Color is deep golden. On the nose: Butterscotch, honey, wax, orange zest, apricot and pineapple. On the palate: Pineapple, orange, tea, beeswax and apricot. Clearly an aged white but it’s doing well. It’s quite elegant and subtle. Very good length and nice mouthfeel. Old Rhone Whites are really worth seeking out.
