The Fat Man (a precious term of endearment) had an entire six pack of 2001 that was oxidized. It made our eyes swell with tears each time we opened a bottle and tasted it this calendar year. Experience the 2005 while it is at peak drinking window. Tasting notes consistent with Kriz dated 8/27/2011.
