Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Took this bottle out to a dinner. PnP’d and it was spectacular. Light in the aroma, like so many of SG’s Cabernet, but rich, and savory in it’s taste. Excellent balance, smooth tannins, and nice finish. Glad I’ve got more coming! I need to relax and let them sit, relax and smooth even more!
