Saturday, September 11, 2010 - Light golden color with some spritzyness. Nose has an high intensity of petrol, hay and rubber while the background aromas consist of drying fruit(sultanas), peach, flowers, spices, lime. A developed nose but still not fully mature. The palate is off dry and spritzy or mineral, full of it. Some development can be observed from the acidity as well, which is high but has descended a little bit. Body is medium as well as alcohol level but the length is very long. The texture is fleshy and this wine is more about the structure than fruit. Very interesting stuff! This equals outstanding. I need to find more PJ Kuhn's products.
