Sunday, January 21, 2024 - Very tight and a bit astringent on open. After an hour of double decant started to loosen and gain fruit notes and (weirdly) seemed to deepen in color. Classic palate with earth notes. Pleasant nose, not outstanding. Great with a provencal daube.
