N: honey, honeysuckle, lemon candy, apricot, peach, toast notes (barrel ferm?), chalk
P: dry, high acidity, med chalky texture, med (+) body, 13%ABV
C: very good = balanced acidity and ripe fruit, med (+) intensity, pronounced complexity, med (+) concentration, med (+) finish. Drink 5-10 years (maybe longer).
