Tuesday, August 30, 2022 - I had problems to get get the cork out unbroken. Srewpull from Le Creuset helped. But the wine is still fabulous after 22 years: very dark color and an unbelievable balsamic complex nose! Dark berries, dark cherries with cedar, vanilla, espresso, tobacco, smoke combined with a wonderful sweetness. Heavy, is taking over complete control of your palate, deep and complex. Very long lasting on the tongue, thick. Still a big wine. Pure pleasure. Wow. Getting even better over the evening…
