Tuesday, November 15, 2005 - Rich, full, and earthy, but not overly extracted as I feared. Nice healthy, somewhat fruity noise with only traces of earth. Drinking well, and young, improved with an hour of air. Surprised that it seemed like it could age for at least another 5 years.
