Thursday, August 29, 2013 - Opened for a very special occasion, and it fit the bill for sure. Perfectly mature, with plenty of brightness up front. Finish is nutty and old and long. Medium effervescence remains. Drink now and for the next 5-8 years.

8/30/2013 8:53:00 AM - I'd say 40 would be pushing it with the 1990. Never had any of the '00, but I can say it will taste wonderful in 2023 if it ages anything like the bottle we had last night!
