Tuesday, April 2, 2024 - Based on other reviews, I expected bright and fresh, which it is, but still unmistakably mourvedre. Dark, earthy and mineral laden - limestone particularly evident - but held upright on the palate with staunch acidity and candied fruit, even bubblegum, sprinkled from nose to finish. Like a gamay crossed with a mourvedre. 12.5%. Unique expression, tactful, nicely executed.
