Wednesday, November 24, 2010 - Straight out of the bottle, it was very tight with a fruity finish. Lots of what tasted like menthol through the middle. Ran it once through the Vinturi and it opened up nicely. Much more mellow with a smooth long finish. Much fruitier than the 06. Some spice on the finish. Yum!

As the night progressed and the bottle got to breathe more, it continued to open up beautifully with more fruit. Lovely cab.
