Monday, February 7, 2011 - Dark, deep red. Very tannic and astringent. Saved for 2 days, hoping it would improve. No luck. Worse than barnyard, so doubt just a bad bottle, though possible since I have not tasted this previously to compare. Tastes like cigar butt - undrinkable.
