Sunday, August 17, 2014 - A rich smell of cherry, spices and soft tannins. Full bodied, lot of complex tastes, mature figs, rapberry, cherryskin. Long aftertaste of cherry, a perfect match to bloody entrecote. Sliky moutfeel.
A very good wine. Could have stayed a year more in cellar, but was no on its top.
